U.S. delivery options & charges
Shipping is paid by the customer at checkout. Choose from these flat rates in USD:
- Economy — $9.99: estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Standard — $19.99: estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch.
- Express — $29.99: estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Overnight — $79.99: estimated 1 business day after dispatch.
These are estimated carrier transit times, not guaranteed arrival dates. Order preparation, alterations and custom clothing production are additional. Weekends and carrier holidays are excluded. Timing can vary by destination, particularly for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses. For a time-sensitive order, please contact us before purchasing.
International carrier rates remain calculated at checkout for supported destinations. Please check your delivery address and selected service before payment.
Order preparation & delivery timing
Order preparation and carrier transit are separate stages. Any stated dispatch or delivery estimate applies to the particular order and service selected. For a wedding, event or other deadline, contact us before ordering so that we can discuss availability and timing.
Custom clothing and orders requiring alterations need additional preparation. The specifications and anticipated timing for those orders should be confirmed with our team before you authorise the work.
Shipment updates & delays
Tracking information will be provided where it is available for the selected delivery service. If your order is delayed, or a tracking update is unclear, contact us with your order number so that we can investigate.
For online orders covered by applicable shipment rules, we will ship within the stated timeframe or, if no timeframe is stated, within the period required by law. If we cannot do so, we will notify you and provide the required option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Store collection & international enquiries
To enquire about collection at Washington DC or Tysons Galleria, contact the relevant store. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
For international delivery, confirm availability, delivery charges and any applicable duties or taxes with our team before placing an order. Any charges collected at checkout are shown before payment; ask us about destination charges that may be collected separately.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is missing, damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly. Retain the packaging and any delivery information so that we can investigate with the carrier where necessary. Nothing in this policy removes your rights under applicable consumer law.
